We print roughly 15,000 catalogs in the fiscal year. The catalog will go to:

• All CBP Seminar Attendees
• All CBP Product Order - about 200 boxes per week / 10,000 boxes per year
• All Dr. Deed Harrison guest speaking events

1. To put this contract into effect, we have included a PDF file ad
   (100 line screen, 200 dpi min., CMYK-no RGB, or Black/.White-no grayscale, all fonts must be embedded, text in 100% and no smaller than 12 point, render PDF using X1-a2001 setting or Press Quality setting, define color as CMYK or grayscale) and payment for the ad(s). Ad space as reserved above is guaranteed by this payment and acceptance of such by CBP Seminars.

3. We understand that all ad space must be paid in full prior to the space closing date on the Contract Deadlines.
4. Attorney’s Fees, except as otherwise provided herein: If a dispute should arise between parties including, but not limited to arbitration, the prevailing party shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in resolving such dispute, including attorney’s fees.
5. CBP Seminars reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising for any reason, at any time.
